Accountancy firm, KP&Co’s client base was growing rapidly and as a result, so did the volume of sensitive client data they held and were liable for. Prior to approaching Aspiring Panda, the firm had experienced a loss of client data and were unable to recover all of their data at that time- this incident meant that they were aware of the high business risk that a lack of consideration for client data could pose. Security of highly sensitive client financial data was a priority for KP&Co. Another priority was to completely remove the reliance on physical records to enable employees to work more efficiently and from anywhere in the world.
KP&Co. sought out advice from other IT Solutions Providers on how best to manage and secure their sensitive client data, and had been advised to buy and install another server to manage the increased need for storage. They came to us for a second opinion.

Aspiring Panda provided KP&Co. with consultancy to determine the optimal infrastructure setup to keep costs under control as they scale, satisfy the needs of the firm’s employees and clients. We advised the firm to migrate their IT estate into the cloud and we worked around the company’s serviced office setting to design, configure and implement a bespoke multi-cloud solution to store and secure their client data. Once all client data was migrated to the cloud, we provided ongoing consultancy and monthly support to maintain optimal IT infrastructure conditions.
Throughout the Coronavirus pandemic, our team have been at hand for KP&Co. to enable their employees to work from home with as little interruption to their productivity and without compromising service levels for clients. We recently integrated the company’s payroll software into their cloud environment.
